About Me
Having suffered an accident resulting in a herniated disc, I was unable to move fluidly. I had severe pain in my lower back and constant sciatic pain surging down my leg. I was advised to have an operation to remove the disc and fuse the vertebrae, but instead I opted for manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises as my form of treatment.
During my recovery, I researched more on how the body works, learning how to activate, stretch & strengthen muscles. This proved to be hugely important in making a full recovery from my injury.
My personal experience fuelled my passion for massage therapy and rehabilitation, which led me to becoming a qualified PT, sports massage therapist, biomechanics coach, acupuncturist and Tuina massage therapist.
Knowing how debilitating physical pain and limitations can be, I am committed to helping you recover and improve your physical wellbeing through therapeutic interventions. I work with my clients to develop a personalised treatment plan that focuses on reducing pain, improving mobility, increasing strength and promoting overall health and wellbeing.

Introducing the “My Therapy Method” our unique massage method with outstanding results.
The “My Therapy Method” blends an array of advanced techniques to treat tight muscles, muscle pain, imbalances, and soft tissue dysfunction.
Our method stands apart from standard massage due to its holistic and multifaceted approach to health and wellness, offering superior outcomes for a wide range of conditions including lower back pain, shoulder mobility issues, MS, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis (OA), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), and more.
Why “My Therapy Method” Outshines Traditional Massage
Integrated Therapeutic Techniques:
We don’t rely on a single method. Instead, “My Therapy Method” expertly combines muscle energy techniques, soft tissue release, fascial release, muscle activation, TuiNa and traditional massage techniques.
Targeted to Various Conditions:
Our approach is particularly beneficial for individuals suffering from chronic and complex conditions like MS, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. By tailoring each session to your specific needs, we provide targeted relief that standard massages cannot match.
Holistic Healing:
“My Therapy Method” looks beyond surface-level issues. It aims to restore balance, enhance muscle function, reduce pain, and correct imbalances, resulting in improved overall health and well-being.
Key Components of “My Therapy Method”
Muscle Energy Techniques (MET):
These techniques involve your active participation to stretch and strengthen muscles, enhancing function and flexibility.
Soft Tissue Release:
This focuses on manipulating muscles and connective tissue to alleviate pain and restore movement.
Fascial Release:
By targeting the connective tissue (fascia), we alleviate tension and improve movement and flexibility.
Muscle Activation:
It ensures that muscles are firing correctly and working efficiently, preventing imbalances and injuries.
TuiNa:
A traditional Chinese medicine massage technique that uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body to establish flow and balance of energy.
Benefits Over Traditional Massage
Enhanced Pain Relief:
By addressing the underlying causes of muscle pain and dysfunction, “My Therapy Method” provides more effective and longer-lasting relief than traditional massage.
Improved Mobility and Function:
Through techniques like MET and fascial release, we enhance muscle engagement and flexibility, aiding in better movement and function.
Tailored Treatment Plans:
Each session is customised to your specific needs and conditions, ensuring targeted and effective care.
Holistic Wellness:
Our approach ensures comprehensive healing by considering the entire body’s functionality rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.
The “My Therapy Method” is more than just a massage; it is a transformative health experience. By focusing on a combination of advanced therapeutic techniques, it not only alleviates pain but also fosters optimal muscle function, balance, and overall health.
